Disclaimer
Effective Date: August 21, 2026
1. General Information Only
The content on wisconsinworkforcehub.com (the “Site”), including research summaries, workforce data, articles, and statements from Wisconsin Workforce Hub or its partners, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not intended as, and should not be relied upon as, career, legal, financial, or professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional regarding your specific circumstances before making decisions based on Site content.
2. No Guarantee of Employment or Outcomes
Wisconsin Workforce Hub is a workforce development convener and coalition—not a staffing agency, employer, or training provider. We do not guarantee:
- Employment, interviews, or job offers;
- Admission into any training or apprenticeship program;
- Any specific wage, career outcome, or timeline.
Any connections made between job seekers, employers, and training providers through the Site or our coalition are facilitative only. Hiring, admissions, and training decisions are made solely by the relevant third-party employer or training provider, not by Wisconsin Workforce Hub.
3. Third-Party Research and Data
The Site references and links to research and data produced by third parties, including the Wisconsin Policy Forum, Ascendium Education Group, and WRTP | BIG STEP. This research reflects the independent analysis and views of its respective authors as of its date of publication and may not reflect the most current data. In particular, the Wisconsin Policy Forum is a nonpartisan, independent statewide policy research organization; its findings represent its own independent analysis and are not directed, edited, or influenced by Wisconsin Workforce Hub or any of its funders or coalition partners. Wisconsin Workforce Hub does not independently verify all third-party research and is not responsible for its accuracy, completeness, or currency. Statistics about apprenticeships, labor markets, and workforce trends may change over time.
4. Our Partners and Funders Are Independent Organizations
Wisconsin Workforce Hub collaborates with, and receives funding support from, independent nonprofit organizations, including Ascendium Education Group (a funding partner) and WRTP | BIG STEP (a nonprofit workforce intermediary that provides training, apprenticeship placement, and hands-on career preparation). These organizations are legally separate from Wisconsin Workforce Hub, each with their own governance, programs, and policies. Receiving funding or collaborating with these organizations does not mean Wisconsin Workforce Hub speaks on their behalf, or that they speak on behalf of Wisconsin Workforce Hub. Any services, training, or placement decisions made by these partner organizations are made independently and are governed by that organization’s own terms and policies.
5. Third-Party Organizations and Links
References to and links to third-party organizations (including WRTP | BIG STEP, the Wisconsin Broadband Workforce Coalition, employer partners, and social media platforms) are provided for convenience and informational purposes. These organizations operate independently of Wisconsin Workforce Hub. Inclusion of a link or reference does not constitute an endorsement of that organization’s content, products, services, or practices, and we are not responsible for any third-party organization’s actions, content, or policies.
6. Not Government Advice
Wisconsin Workforce Hub is not a government agency and does not speak on behalf of any government entity. While our work may inform policy discussions, nothing on the Site should be interpreted as an official government statement, ruling, or guarantee of program eligibility or funding.
7. Accuracy of Information
We aim to keep information on the Site accurate and up to date, but we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site or its content. Any reliance you place on Site content is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wisconsin Workforce Hub disclaims all liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information contained on the Site, including decisions related to employment, training, or career planning. See our Terms of Service for our full limitation of liability.
