Wisconsin Workforce Hub (“Wisconsin Workforce Hub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through wisconsinworkforcehub.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Contact form: first name, last name, phone number, email address, and message content.
• Newsletter signup: email address (and name, if provided).
• Resume/application submissions: resume files and any information you include in them (which may include your name, contact details, work history, education, certifications, and similar career-related information). Please do not include Social Security numbers or other highly sensitive identifiers in materials you submit to us.

• We use Google Tag Manager and standard analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to collect information about how visitors use the Site, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs. This is done through cookies and similar technologies.
• We do not currently use advertising or social media tracking pixels (such as Meta Pixel). If this changes, we will update this Policy.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information as follows:

• Resumes/applications: Wisconsin Workforce Hub works with workforce and training partners—including WRTP | BIG STEP, a nonprofit workforce intermediary—to connect job seekers with training, apprenticeship, and employment opportunities. Depending on the opportunity, your resume and application materials may be: (a) reviewed by Wisconsin Workforce Hub and then forwarded to a relevant partner or employer, or (b) submitted directly into a partner organization’s own systems (such as WRTP | BIG STEP’s), in which case that partner’s own privacy practices will also apply to how your information is handled from that point forward. By submitting a resume, you consent to this sharing. Where possible, this reporting uses aggregate or de-identified data; in some cases, funder agreements may require individual-level data about program participants. Each of these organizations is legally independent of Wisconsin Workforce Hub and maintains its own privacy practices. This Policy governs data collected through wisconsinworkforcehub.com; it does not govern how our partners handle data within their own systems once information is shared with them as described in Section 4.

6. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions, newsletter subscriber information, and resumes/application materials for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
