1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at wisconsinworkforcehub.com (the “Site”), operated by Wisconsin Workforce Hub (“Wisconsin Workforce Hub,” “the Hub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Who We Are

Wisconsin Workforce Hub is a workforce development initiative and coalition that connects job seekers, employers, training providers, and public partners across Wisconsin. We are not a government agency, a staffing agency, or an employer of record. We do not guarantee employment, training placement, or any specific outcome to any user of the Site.

Contact: Laura Bell, director@wisconsinworkforcehub.com, (920) 961-2159.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for users located in the United States who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. If you are submitting information on behalf of an organization (such as an employer or training provider), you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site (including the contact form, newsletter signup, or resume/application submissions);
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
  • Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or collect data from the Site without our prior written consent;
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;

By submitting a resume or application materials, you represent that the information is accurate and that you consent to Wisconsin Workforce Hub sharing that information with relevant coalition partners (such as WRTP | BIG STEP), training providers, or employers as described in our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from newsletter emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in each message.
